We believe in great art for everyone. In 2017, we launched our Patrons Circle in the Council Room of the Royal College of Surgeons. Our Patrons Circle is an open, democratic way to both secure amazing limited edition artworks each year and to support Paintings in Hospitals’ national programmes, bringing art into the lives of patients and carers.

Each year we launch a new print edition by a major contemporary artist, exclusively available from Paintings in Hospitals. People signed up to our Patrons Circle list receive first refusal on these new editions, as well as invitations to exclusive events and private views.

Our exceptionally popular print for 2017/18 was by Ian Davenport. We are extremely grateful that the specially-created work for 2018/19 was by world-renowned artist Michael Craig-Martin.
